We make up to a dozen assorted flavors fresh every morning at Coco's Italian Market. Ask your server for our daily flavors. People ask us every day, "what is the difference between ice cream and gelato?" Gelato is churned at a much slower rate than ice cream and there's no air incorporated into the process. This gives it more density and allows the natural flavors to really shine through. Gelato is served at a slightly warmer temperature than ice cream, giving it a softer, silkier texture. Best of all, it has lower fat percentage than ice cream so you don't have to feel guilty!!
